General Terms and Conditions of Sale

  • Booking conditions: We will charge the full amount for your stay once the free cancellation period has expired.
  • Pets: our establishment does not accept pets;
  • Check-in: the studios/flats are available from 4.00 pm
  • Departure: Please vacate your accommodation by 10.00 am
  • Payment: We accept payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) or bank transfer. Cheques are not accepted. 
  • Cot: We provide a cot free of charge for children under 3 years of age, subject to booking and availability.
  • Valuables: our company is not responsible for any valuables left in the accommodation and provides a safe in your studio/flat
  • Reception: there is no on-site reception, but we are available by telephone should you encounter any difficulties
  • Tourist tax: €1.37 per adult per day.

Personal Data & Privacy Policy

  • The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered on the online booking form on the website.
  • Users who enter their telephone details on the website hereby agree to be contacted by Les Appartements de Collioure (SAS Les Appartements de Collioure) by email, telephone, text message or WhatsApp
  • SAS Les Appartements de Collioure informs users that they may add their telephone number to the BLOCTEL opt-out list (http://www.bloctel.gouv.fr/) to prevent unsolicited telephone marketing.
  • SAS Les Appartements de Collioure undertakes not to disclose its customers’ personal data to any external company, except upon request by an authority empowered by law and in accordance with the legal provisions in force.

Withdrawal Period

  • In accordance with the provisions of Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services, other than residential accommodation, provided on a specific date or at specific intervals. Any booking made on our website is therefore binding and final, subject to the pricing and cancellation terms selected at the time of booking.

Ombudsman

  • A case may be referred to the Ombudsman via the online form “https://www.service-public.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/R46367”
  • IMPORTANT: A case must be referred to the Ombudsman within one year of the consumer submitting a written complaint to the trader.
  • Such a referral may only be made if the trader has rejected the complaint or failed to respond within 60 days.
