With a total surface area of 50 m2, the "PEYREFITE" includes :
- 2 bedrooms: one equipped with a double bed 180x200 cm and the other with two single beds 90x200 cm
- 1 dining room with a kitchen and a sofa that converts into 2 single beds 80x200 cm
- 1 bathroom equipped with an Italian shower
- 1 terrace of 15 m2
- 1 parking space (with supplement)
Daily cleaning is not provided during the guests' stay in this flat.
Apartment BALANTI - 6 persons
This flat - completely renovated in May 2023 - is located in the centre of Collioure, 150 metres from the beach.
With a total surface area of 50 m2, the "BALANTI" includes :
- 2 bedrooms: one equipped with a double bed 160x200 cm and the other with two single beds 80x200 cm
- 1 dining room with a kitchen and a sofa that converts into 2 single beds 80x200 cm
- 1 bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower
- 1 parking space (with supplement)
Daily cleaning is not provided during the guests' stay in this flat.
Studio PAULILLES - 4 persons
This studio - completely renovated in May 2023 - is located in the centre of Collioure, 150 metres from the beach.
With a total surface area of 50 m2, the "PAULILLES" includes :
- 1 large room with a double bed (160x200 cm), a sofa bed (80x200 cm) and a kitchen
- 1 bathroom equipped with an Italian shower
- 1 terrace of 12 m2
- 1 parking space (with supplement)
Daily cleaning is not provided during the guests' stay in this studio.
Apartment SAINT-VINCENT - 4 persons
This flat - completely renovated in 2023 - is located in the centre of Collioure, 150 metres from the beach.
With a total surface area of 40 m2, the "SAINT-VINCENT" includes :

About Us
Les Appartements de Collioure are an annex of the Hotel**** & Spa Les Mouettes (hotel located at 3 km / 5 mn by car).
We offer 4 apartments located at 7 rue Camille Desmoulins in Collioure:
- 2 apartments for 6 persons (PEYREFITE, BALANTI)
- 2 apartments for 4 persons (PAULILLES, SAINT-VINCENT)
For each apartment, in the basement, we put at your disposal a private and secured garage (price of 17 € / day)
Our 4 apartments are named after beautiful beaches located on the Côte Vermeille. You live at 150 meters from the beach Port d'Avall of Collioure.
Please note that all our rates can be cancelled without charge until the day before, 7 days, 14 days or 21 days before your arrival and that you will always find the cheapest rates on this official website of the apartment des ducs or on the website of the hotel Les Mouettes.

We invite you to discover the beautiful village of Collioure. For a first visit, the easiest way is to follow the "Trail of Fauvism" or to read this article. We recommend a walk in the Faubourg district (where you live), in the Mouré district, the visits of the Notre-Dame des Anges church and the royal castle of Collioure as well as the ascent to the Saint-Elme fort (which can also be visited)
If you stay several days, we invite you to discover our beautiful region. You will find on the blog of the hotel Les Mouettes many possibilities of visits (villages, abbeys, museums, beaches, mountains...), activities and events.
These apartments are not accessible to people with reduced mobility (steps between the street and the apartments).
Pets are not allowed in our flats (they are accepted with a supplement at the hotel **** & Spa Les Mouettes).
