General Terms and Conditions of Sale

  • Booking conditions : We charge the amount of the first night when the free cancellation period has passed
  • City tax (payable at check-out) :  1.65 EUR per person over 18 years & per night.
  • Check-in : apartments are available from 3:30 p.m.
  • Departure : we thank you to leave your apartment before 11 a.m
  • Animals: we don't accept animals 
  • Cribs: cribs are available for children under 3 years old (on demand and depending on the availability).
  • Valuables: we are not responsible for values ​​left in the apartments. Safe is provided in your apartment.
  • Breakfast: we don't serve breakfast. A kitchen is at your disposal in each apartment.
  • WIFI : free wifi is available everywhere in the apartment. 

Personal data & confidentiality policy

  • The internet user is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered on the online reservation form on the website.
  • The internet user who enters his/her telephone details on the internet site accepts to be contacted by "Les Appartements de Collioure" (annex of the Hotel Les Mouettes / company SAS CORTINE)) by email, telephone or SMS.
  • The SAS CORTINE informs the Internet user that he/she can add his/her telephone number to the BLOCTEL opposition list (http://www.bloctel.gouv.fr/) in order to avoid any telephone solicitation.
  • The SAS CORTINE undertakes not to transmit the personal data of its customers to an outside company, except at the request of an authority authorised by law and within the framework of the legal provisions in force.

Ombudsman

  • IMPORTANT: The referral to the Mediator must be made within one year of the consumer's written complaint to the professional. 
  • This referral can only be made in the event of a negative response or no response from the professional after 60 days.
